Beyond Zero address National Conference

Beyond Zero’s Safety and Sustainability Director Stephen Coppin spoke at the Construction News national conference on Tuesday, 5th February.

Other key speakers for the event included Health and Safety Minister, Lord McKenzie, and the Health and Safety Commissioner John Spanswick.

Stephen presented a case-study on the innovative work he undertook for the Department of Work and Pensions. He devised their Occupational Health, Safety, and Sustainability strategy for their Jobcentre Plus Rollout Programme. This included a groundbreaking behavioural change training programme.  The “Achieving Behavioural Change” (ABC) course was such a resounding success that it was made available to the wider industry through the Site Safety Plus scheme.
